Everyone was responsive to our personal needs.

Great unit and we would definitely stay again. Icemaker was not working in the refrigerator and water was leaking into the fridge. An agent of the RE firm immediately brought crushed ice to our condo. Liked the view from the back porch. Beds were comfortable and liked having two master suites.

Every interaction I had was pleasant. The person on the other end of the phone was professional and helpful. They weren't put out by helping in any way they could. Great customer service.

We loved the view and again, the home was cozy and we were able to relax, which is what we wanted. We would come back and hope to bring some family members with us next time. We were there to celebrate our 25th Wedding anniversary, having honeymooned in Blowing Rock 25 years ago. We love the area.

The team was very helpful when I called and booked. I also did part of my booking online which was also helpful.

We enjoyed the unit. It has a homey feel and was comfortable. We did look for a puzzle and couldn't find one. Might be a thought for those rainy days. Also, the couple that stayed in the downstairs master were disappointed to not have a t.v. I felt like something may have recently happened to the t.v. and it hadn't been replaced yet. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in your unit. Just making suggestions as we live in a resort town and have always been in the hospitality business, so I know comments can help.

Sunny, cool days with no agenda!

The 900 square ft back deck overlooking Grandfather Mountain was incredible, my wife and I enjoyed the cabin with some friends of ours for a quick weekend getaway and had an amazing time!

Working with your team is always seamless. This is the third time we have rented from you and it's been quite easy. Your staff are always able to answer questions about any properties.

Excellent getaway for couples, three different suites on 3 levels.

Thank you for opening your beautiful home We had a wonderful time despite the lack of snow - the location and accommodations were superb and we thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the lake below, tennis courts, starlight nights, gem mining, and Bistro Roca. Extremely helpful and patient and kind when booking the property. It is also so nice to have a key drop box to avoid the hassle of checking out and in.

The stay was amazing. It was so quite and just what was needed to get away from it all. The proximity to the ski resorts was on point and hiking.

The reservation process was so easy and simple. Kristen always returned my emails in a very timely manner and answered any questions I had. She was great to work with.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The booking process was simple with no hassles.

Again, having guests remove the trash when the cans are full is not appealing. Most especially when the cans were left full prior to our stay. Partially my fault as I did not contact the service team to address this when I arrived. The home was wonderful and the location perfect for our plans. We enjoyed our visit and had no problems otherwise.
