Simply perfect.

Gail met our every need & was so friendly!

Relaxing & enjoyable as the property had all the comforts & amenities of home! The small amenities in the kitchen were wonderful! We did not have to run down the mountain to the store. Well stocked! The porch & hottub were so relaxing! The decor especially stairwell & loft bed were so amazing! Felt like we were in a treehouse! Loved tv in master bedroom!

We loved the layout of the condo. In addition, the condo was light and bright and we loved the view of flat top mountain.

Kristen was very helpful and answered my many email questions.

We had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and we had what we needed to enjoy our stay.

The entire process was very easy, I do not believe that I ever talked to anyone. The reservation was made online,they sent the contract which I signed and returned. All of the information for check-in was then sent to me. I believe it was less than 24 hours from start to finish.

The cabin is only about a 10 minute drive to Blowing Rock which made it very convent to get to the restaurants and shops there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay it was as comfortable as being at home only without the work. The cabin was beautiful and I couldn't help but keep looking at it wishing I had one

Christine was exceptional in resolving our AC problem. She quickly contacted a service technician and had the problem resolved by late afternoon with no interruption in our daily plans. Great service !!

Knob Heel was a very comfortable home with nice furnishings and beautiful views of the mountains from the large covered deck/porch.

This home was beautiful with a great location. Its amenities were far beyond what was expected. The trip was a perfect combination of vacation fun and relaxation.

Treated with respect and service oriented, didn't seem to seem to want to be flexible in altering the contract. Seemed interesting in being sure accommodations would be ready and provided timely feedback on information in getting to the vacation site.

Very clean and price was reasonable. Authentically. Advertised .

The only negative on check in was that I don't have access to a fax machine or electronic signature software so I ended up having to pay $18 at Staples to fax the rental contract. The library was closed and I was shocked at the fax price.

The house was perfect for our family of four. The house had everything we needed and it was very clean and neat. Everyone loved it and we hated to leave. We were blessed with good weather and enjoyed exploring the different hiking trails nearby. It was a very needed vacation and one of my most enjoyable. Thanks.
