Everyone I communicated with was friendly, kind, patient, and informative. Was very easy to get in contact with the office. Highly recommend using this rental agency.

The house was perfect for our family. Private, yet close to town. Easily navigated roads in the neighborhood leading to the property. Plenty of room for the family to have gatherings together and privacy when needed. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the large living room. A lot of seating at tables. Lovely outdoor space which was enjoyable even in winter weather. The house was clean and well-maintained.

We love these two apartments and think of them as our own private secret getaway.

We easily booked Penthouse A through the website, and even when the owner decided to remove the unit from the rental market which resulted in the cancellation of our Feb 2026 stay, the person who called us was kind and helpful.

We are sad that this property will no longer be on the rental market. This is our second stay, and we wish we had discovered it sooner! Its location is perfect!

We found Park View to be a little more spacious than Sunset, with better views of the streetscape and park. The location is excellent! Overall, it met our expectations, basic needs, and is a good value, but could use a little updating.

The property was absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. Would definitely return in the future.

I worked with Laurie to secure the property and she was excellent. She then was not around for July because she was hiking the AT - so jealous. During the summer and the signing of the contract for 2026 I worked with a very young woman - sorry I forgot her name - but Monday was her last day. She was also wonderful and enjoyable to work and speak with. I also worked with Gail Smart, the owner, and she was so helpful to get me a new rental for next year by speaking with the owner about my stay.

I loved the property so much I was prepared to rent it for the entire summer next year. Instead, I am renting one of your smaller, not as special property - but adequate. Sorry the owner is selling.

The only negative was that we had to call to get the digital guestbook and it contained incorrect access codes.

The views, the views, the views!!!! We loved staying at Treehaven. The hot tub was so nice after hiking. The robes were a nice touch. The kitchen was fully stocked, home was very clean, and the views are amazing!!! It was so close to downtown Blowing Rock but we felt really far away. It was quiet and peaceful.

The communication and check in/check out instructions covered all the details. It couldnt have been a better experience!

We have visited Blowing Rock many times, but this was our first stay in Penthouse A on Main. We hit a jackpot and cant wait to return again in the future! Perfect location and so comfortable! Our weather wasnt great during our stay, but we enjoyed a staycation in the Penthouse.
