Everyone was very helpful and seemed happy to assist us with locating the prefect property for or needs.

There should be some type of handrail and/or steps to get to the fire pit. This is a liability. One of our guest fell. The acorns around the fire pit are also a hazard. It cant be completely clear of them, after all we are in nature but there are some many around the fire pit it was like walking on marbles. More then one guest lost their balance. On a positive note. The beds and linens were very good and it was very nice not to have to bring those with us. We definitely would stay at this property again.

We love this property! Second time renting and will rent again! View is spectacular! House is perfect for large parties. Well equipped to cook good meals in! Close to town if you prefer dining out. Just perfect!

Everyone we called was so friendly.

This property was amazing. We loved everything about it. The only challenge was finding the place late at night. I wish there was an easier way to find it.

We enjoyed our stay at Chetola. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. One of the light bulbs is burned out in the outdoor lighting we noticed.

Loved the house, the views and how well equipped the kitchen was. Just a lot of lightbulbs not working and poor TV and Internet connectivity.

Cabin was lovely and well furnished with lots of places to hang out. Only complaint was there was no hot water in the upstairs bath sink and water pressure was poor.

We have rented many times thru Blowing Rock Properties.....and upon occasion needed assistance. Assistance has always been provided in a timely manner.

We enjoyed our stay and our dog loved being on vacation with us. We especially liked you had Ridel Pinot Noir glasses :). The wine fridge was a plus!!!

My second vaction. Everything was great. Already looking at coming back for Thanksgiving week.

Exceeded expectations. Very clean and confortable. We appreciated the kitchen amenities and the gas grille. We cooked all our meals at the property and found everything we needed. Housekeeping staff is doing a gret job. Everything was positive. One minor suggestion - A new patio umbrella for the upper back deck. This was my second stay at your properties, we are looking forward to and planning our next trip.

Very easy process.

The condo was perfect! Beds were great. Towels were also nice. I was very surprised at how clean the condo was. It exceeded my expectations.

We very much enjoyed our month stay. Thanks to the owners for prompt attention to replacement of both the range and the refrigerator. This was above and beyond our expectations. We would encourage property management to check all light bulbs in the house. One is out in microwave overhead unit. I replaced one in queen bedroom bath and twin bedroom closet.

This has been our favorite property we have rented from BR Properties - - by a mile. Comfortable beds, great kitchen, excellent wifi, primo location. Just a couple of small suggestions. The kitchen is well equipped except for microwave (must be 20 years old) and the coffee pot (Mr. Coffee Jr.). They don't fit the standard in this property at all and would require minimal investment to upgrade. Otherwise outstanding kitchen and loved having a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Such a mountain luxury. As you are probably aware, there has been considerable construction on Pine Street and the road is in horrendous condition. Probably worth a call to Town of Blowing Rock to see if they can make some interim repairs. Lastly, garbage pickup was spotty, especially recyclables on Friday. Missed two Fridays in a row. We tried.

Great. We managed to lock ourselves out during business hours and the folks at the office had a key easily available for us to pick up and use.

I think this is the 3rd time we've stayed at Hemlock Haven #1 and we love it every time.
