We enjoy Bark Bungalow. If there is any negative, and it is not a huge one, we do feel the living room furniture needs updating and to be made more comfortable for chilly days/evenings when needing to be inside. Love the addition of the two outside deck chairs.

Laurie was very professional and gave us very helpful instructions before our arrival.

We couldnt have asked for better accommodations. The home was spacious and so comfortable with beautifully appointed rooms,comfortable beds with pristine bedding. The kitchen had lots of essentials for meal prep. And the deck and outdoor space gave us many opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.. All in all it was a perfect place for a getaway.

After two successive summer vacations in the area in very disappointing accommodations that we booked ourselves online, I walked into the BRProperties office to inquire about better options. Laurie listened well to what disappointed us and what we were looking for in a summer rental. She narrowed it down to three properties, so as not to waste our time. We drove by each and one of them was our dream rental. We couldnt have been more pleased. This year I called in a needed-repair one afternoon and a pleasant and efficient maintenance man arrived first thing in the morning. BR Properties staff sdo their job well, with individual attention and professionalism.

House was clean and spacious. Great views. Comfortable living room furniture and beds. Convenient to both town and great trails.

I found working with Blowing Rock Properties to be an excellent experience. I am sure if I mentioned the medium pot and colander, they would have provided them. Great people.

We do cook and found the cookware lacking but that happens a lot in rentals. We absolutely loved having the grill.

Great as always. It would be helpful to know what days are trash and recycling pickup. The convenience of the property is a key attraction. The backyard looked beautiful with flowers in bloom.

Absolutely great, called upon arrival with tiny issue and the representative was there in less than five minutes. Wow, best customer service ever.

Post house was such a cozy cottage with the best location. a lovely setting just off of the main roads, but close enough to walk the whole town.

Excellent stay. On the peak of a hill, very cool. Amazing views from everywhere, especially the hot tub. Home was well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Perfect setup for kids. Fire pit was in a great spot. Kitchen could use a few more utensils and newer cookware.

Loved working with Blowing Rock Properties. Had no issues whatsoever. Would love to deal with them again.

This cottage was perfect for the two of us and our two mini-dachshunds. We didn't have to worry about their barking bothering anyone. There was plenty of room to walk them outside (even though it was so cold! haha). I would stay here again.

Loved everything about but was not happy that when we asked if we could check in early the gentleman said sure but that it would be $100!! That is crazy!! When rented via the property management instead of Airbnb or VRBO and you can see no one was in the property before and when renting with other outlets they have always let us check in earlier.
