Nice people and very efficient.

Sunny, cool days with no agenda!

The 900 square ft back deck overlooking Grandfather Mountain was incredible, my wife and I enjoyed the cabin with some friends of ours for a quick weekend getaway and had an amazing time!

Working with your team is always seamless. This is the third time we have rented from you and it's been quite easy. Your staff are always able to answer questions about any properties.

It was a relaxing stay. The cabin was clean and cozy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Boone area and our stay was everything it was advertised to be. Excellent getaway for couples, three different suites on 3 levels.

Thank you for opening your beautiful home We had a wonderful time despite the lack of snow - the location and accommodations were superb and we thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the lake below, tennis courts, starlight nights, gem mining, and Bistro Roca. Extremely helpful and patient and kind when booking the property. It is also so nice to have a key drop box to avoid the hassle of checking out and in.

The stay was amazing. It was so quite and just what was needed to get away from it all. The proximity to the ski resorts was on point and hiking.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The booking process was simple with no hassles.

Again, having guests remove the trash when the cans are full is not appealing. Most especially when the cans were left full prior to our stay. Partially my fault as I did not contact the service team to address this when I arrived. The home was wonderful and the location perfect for our plans. We enjoyed our visit and had no problems otherwise.

If the owners change their minds and decide not to use it best Christmas please save it for us.

Beautifully decorated, immaculate, well appointed kitchen, not a single detail overlooked!! Perfect location!! Can't wait to get back in the summer!!

Everyone we worked with was excellent. Always very upbeat and helpful when you call. My parents gave our family this stay as part of our Christmas gift so that we could all be together over the holidays. I did all the paperwork and helped my dad get everything signed and payed for. Christine made the process seamless and very enjoyable. For that I am extremely appreciative. My parents said and keep saying that it was the best Christmas that they have ever had. Thank you SO much for allowing us to be problem free the entire week!!

Honey Bear Haven is a great home. There are, however, some comments I would make that perhaps would help improve the stay for others. The home is VERY dark especially in the winter months. It was extremely difficult to sit and read or even look at the back of a box for directions in the kitchen. I would add lighting where possible. Also, I believe it advertises that it sleeps 10 but the den area does not accommodate seating for more than four unless you sit on the floor. Perhaps adding a loveseat or a chair or two would be helpful. The downstairs was VERY cold. When you up the temperature to accommodate the downstairs, the upstairs turns in to a sauna. We tried to make a fire but the flu looked suspicious and there was insulation hanging from inside the fireplace so we chose not to light the fireplace. I would like to brag on the homeowners though for all of the amenities in the kitchen and the set-up for TVs, movies, etc. My mom and I were thrilled that we could easily cook Christmas dinner in that kitchen and were not at a loss for utensils, bowls and serving pieces. Hats off to the owners for that as we have stayed many places and never experienced that type of set-up. Great job and much appreciated!!!!! The TVs, surround sound and DVD players allowed for us to watch football, the Rockefeller Honors and Christmas specials and movies on both levels of the home. We LOVED the pool table and enjoyed nightly tournaments downstairs. Overall a most enjoyable stay!
